Located along Weligama bay, you’ll find Secret Beach Mirissa hidden on the peninsula of Mirissa. You can there easily by yourself as it’s pinned on Google Maps and clearly signed along the way. But be aware that the last part to the beach is a very steep, rocky road with lots of holes in it. So you might want to walk the last part, or you must have really good motorbike skills. Best time to go to Secret Beach Mirissa

The best time to go to Secret beach Mirissa is in the morning. Even though it won’t be nowhere near as busy as here as the bigger beaches around, it can get more crowded during the day, especially around lunch time and onwards. Also keep in mind that it gets really hot in Sri Lanka during midday, so try to avoid being in the sun when she’s at her strongest.

If you want to go here later during the day, you can also watch sunset, or at least the beautiful sunset colors here!
