The best location of Fes

The location of Palais Faraj could not be better. Located on a hilltop with amazing views over the Old Medina, this place will give you, especially with sunrise, a wonderful feeling. The golden morning glow is something magical to behold in combination with the Call to Prayer.

The Medina is easily reachable by foot. If you’re walking outside the Palais you’re standing on the outskirts of the ancient town. Just around the corner of Palais Faraj you will find the entrance gate to the 9000 small streets of the labyrinth Medina. The hotel can organize many different customized excursions and activities in the city and the surrounding region. For example, a guided visit to the Fez Medina, trips to the Middle Atlas or the Roman ruins of Volubilis. They also offer exclusive and private transfer services. Ask for the many possibilities beforehand, such as pick-up or drop-off at the airport, the railway station or major cities like Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier or Marrakesh.

Our experience at Palais Faraj Fes

From the moment we entered Palais Faraj until we said goodbye, we felt very welcome and pampered. It was amazing to see all the beautiful details of the Palais and their library is a must visit. The staff is incredibly professional and will make you feel like their king and queen during your stay. It is Moroccan hospitality to the max. We loved their delicious and varied breakfast with a beautiful view over the medina. The two different restaurants prepare the most amazing dinner and their Spa will give you the perfect relaxation after a day of strolling through the old medina. The best hotel to stay if you are in Fes if you ask us!
